1. Scope of Equipment & Services
IESS commits to supply, install, and commission security, fire alarms, and fighting networks conforming to Saudi Civil Defense and SBC regulations. All supplied hardware is backed by certified manufacturer warranties.
2. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Maintenance contracts signed with IESS adhere to Civil Defense rules. AMCs cover regular inspections, functional testing, and emergency support. Spare parts replacement is excluded unless explicitly added in the final written agreement.
3. Governing Law
These terms and conditions and all agreements issued by IESS are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Riyadh.
